Financial management capability model : application guide: FA3-25/1999-1E
The FMCM (Financial Management Capability Model) is a framework that describes the key elements of effective financial management. It sets out a path that an organization can follow to develop progressively more sophisticated financial management practices, as needed. It shows the steps in progressing from a level of financial management typical of a start-up organization to the strong, effective, financial management capabilities associated with a more mature and complex organization.--Page 6
