“In 2015, Western Europe, imported US$26.9 billion worth of alcoholic drinks, with the United Kingdom, Germany, and France accounting for 52% of the region’s imports. The region imported US$33.5 million worth of alcoholic drinks from Canada in 2015, a 13% decrease from the previous year. However, the countries that saw a high growth rate of imports from Canada were Norway, Netherlands, and Germany, with a growth rate of 63%, 13%, and 11% respectively. The product in those regions that saw fastest import growth was vodka with a combined compound annual growth rate of 79% from 2010 to 2015”--Executive summary, p. 1.
