Set of bulletins dealing with earnings and employment, based on the 1941 census. Bulletin E-1 gives preliminary figures on earnings and employment among wage-earners during the 12 months' period prior to the date of the Census, June 2, 1941, for Canada and the provinces, rural and urban, counties or census divisions, urban centres of 5,000 population and over, and for the 'greater' cities or metropolitan areas of cities having 100,000 population and over in the city proper. In addition, preliminary data on earnings of wage-earner families are given for Canada and the provinces, rural and urban, for urban centres of 5,000 population and over. Bulletin E-2 gives preliminary figures on earnings of wage-earners by occupations for Canada and the provinces. Bulletin E-3 gives final figures on earnings of wage-earners at the 1941 Census by industry groups and sex, for Canada and the provinces, and for cities of 30,000 population and over.
