"This is the fourth consecutive Livestock Feed Usage Study on a cost recovery basis for the Committee of Experts which is responsible for measuring, each year, the level of support to producers and distribution of net benefits. The primary objective was to provide comparable and consistent estimates of grains and oilseeds consumption by class and subclass of livestock and class of poultry by province for the 1992 calendar year. This report, as with previous reports, provides detailed information relating to quantities of grains and oilseeds consumed per head and total consumption by livestock and poultry during 1992"--p. i.
