A separate booklet has been prepared for Form HS-2 - Financial Return. In accordance with section 32 of the Statistics Act, Form HS-1 is to be completed by all public, private, and federal hospitals in Canada, regardless of the hospital's status under the federal-provincial hospital insurance program”--P.
