Payment Options

Cheque or money order

Payment can be made with a cheque or money order issued from a Canadian or American bank and made payable to the "PWGSC Receiver General for Canada".

You can use our online shopping cart and proceed through the checkout. Print the order confirmation form and mail it to us along with your payment. You can also request a quotation via email, fax or telephone. Contact Customer Service.

Credit card

All major credit cards are accepted. We use the Government of Canada's online payment processing system to ensure convenient, reliable and secure online payments.

Charge on account

Organizations with prior credit approval have the option to charge on account with the provision of a purchase order number.

Purchasing for the Government of Canada

Customers purchasing on behalf of the Government of Canada must provide Financial Information Strategy (FIS) coding for the internal settlement process. You'll need the following FIS codes to complete your order:

• Department Number
• IS Organisation Code
• IS Reference Code
• Responsibility Centre Code (if you're from Public Works and Government Services Canada)

We cannot accept Government of Canada acquisition cards.
