PDS Distributors should consult our Commercial Policy prior to proceeding with a return. Contact us if you do not yet have a copy of our Commercial Policy.
How to return items
All Returns require pre-authorisation. To obtain authorisation, contact us. We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise authorisation (RMA) number.
All publications returned must meet the following conditions:
unless the publication was previously defective, it must be in a resalable condition;
the return authorisation request is made within 7 days of receipt;
a copy of the invoice or packing slip is included;
all parcels are labelled clearly with "Returns" and multiple boxes are numbered as follows: 1 of 3, 2 of 3 and 3 of 3.
Returns that do not meet all of these conditions cannot be processed.
Upon receipt of the merchandise we will process your return.
