Shipping and Handling
We strive to deliver your order in the fastest, most efficient and most economical manner possible. Your shipping address, shipping method, type of item and its availability determines how long it takes to get your order and how much it will cost. Time required to process an order might vary depending on the complexity and size of the order and also affect delivery time. Most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days of receipt.
Delays: Even a slight error or one missing or incomplete piece of information in your shipping address can cause shipping delays or result in an undeliverable order.

Shipping methods
Standard shipping
Orders weighing less than 500 grams, going to a K1A postal code or to a Post Office box are shipped by Canada Post. Larger orders are generally shipped by courier. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 15 days. Standard shipping and handling fees apply.
Expedited shipping
Need delivery fast? Contact us for options and pricing.
Pick-up
Your order can be picked up directly from our warehouse in the national capital region. Contact us to make arrangements. Shipping and handling fees will not apply.

Our standard shipping and handling fees are:

International shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders generally reach destinations within 20 business days (longer may be required depending on geographical location). Standard shipping and handling fees apply.
Any duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country is determined by the local Customs and Immigration agencies and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping to a common receiving area, large complex or government office
For those orders shipped to a common receiving area, a large complex or government office, please inform "receiving" of this incoming delivery to ensure that the package is accepted. If not accepted, shipping fees will be applied for each additional delivery attempt.
In the event that access to the building is closed due to renovations, please inform us immediately and provide us an alternate address to avoid unnecessary charges.
