The purposes of this report are to: 1) review the changes that have taken place in the Canadian natural gas market in the ten years since the gas market was deregulated; 2) describe the current functioning of the market; and 3) assist the Board in assessing whether or not the market is generally operating in such a way that Canadian requirements for natural gas are being met at fair market prices.--Overview
