"The Aboriginal and Circumpolar Affairs Division (GHC) commissioned the Evaluation Division of the Office of the Inspector General, Foreign Affairs Canada, to conduct a summative evaluation of the Northern Dimension of Canada’s Foreign Policy (NDFP).
