"This EA Report summarizes the assessment conducted by the Agency, including the information and analysis on the potential environmental effects of the Project considered by the Agency in reaching its conclusions on whether the Project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects after taking into account the implementation of mitigation measures. The Agency prepared this report with advice from a working group comprised of representatives from federal, provincial, and local governments, and potentially affected Indigenous groups, and it was informed by technical information provided by the proponent and comments from the public"--Executive summary, page iii.
