"Atmospheric emissions of arsenic and its compounds have been estimated for the year 1972. The data presented in this report are summarized in Table 1 and Figures 1 and 2. Total arsenic emissions to the atmosphere in 1972 are estimated at 4073 tons. The largest contributor is the metallurgical gold processing industry which accounts for 48% of the total"--Abstract.
