"An environmental monitoring program has been conducted at Goderich Harbour for three years to assess the impact of a new rubblemound breakwater on local coastal and fluvial processes. Results from 1984 to 1986 indicate no serious adverse environmental impacts due to the new breakwater"--Abstract.
