Detour Gold Corporation (le promoteur) propose d’exploiter une mine d’or à ciel ouvert située à la limite nord du Bouclier canadien, au nord-est de l’Ontario. Le présent rapport d’étude approfondie (REA) vise à résumer l’information et l’analyse dont l’Agence canadienne d’évaluation environnementale (l’Agence) a tenu compte avant de conclure si le projet est susceptible ou non d’entraîner des effets environnementaux négatifs importants.
