"This document is designed to promote environmentally responsible management of the purchase, use, storage and disposal of wood treated with heavy-duty wood preservatives. ... in response to the recommendations of the Government of Canada’s Strategic Option Process (SOP) for the Wood Preservation Sector. ... The target audience for this report is Industrial Users of Treated Wood.
