Regulatory directive: H113-3E

Provides specific instructions regarding application and submission procedures, data requirements, or presents new or updated guidelines. In these cases, a DIR (Regulatory Directive) document will be preceded by a Regulatory Proposal (PRO). Regulatory Directives are also used to provide clarification and explanations of the Agency's interpretation of a guideline or legislation. This type of DIR would not be preceded by a PRO.
