Affaires indiennes et du Nord Canada (AINC), en partenariat avec les Premières nations, élaborent tous les ans un plan d’investissements en infrastructure des Premières nations (PIIPN) pour planifier les investissements de manière stratégique à court et à moyen terme. Ce plan établira les assises d’un avenir stable sur le plan économique pour les Premières nations du Canada. Fait un survol des investissements prévus dans le cadre du PIIPN et du Programme d'immobilisations et d'entretien; il comprend les domaines d’investissement prioritaires, explique les étapes de la constitution du PIIPN et décrit en détail les projets admissibles aux investissements.
