Agreement between the Treasury Board and the Canadian Merchant Service Guild: BT42-10E-PDF
The purpose is to maintain harmonious and mutually beneficial relationships between the Employer, the officers and the Guild, to set forth certain terms and conditions of employment relating to remuneration, hours of work, officer benefits and general working conditions affecting officers covered by this Agreement and to ensure that all reasonable measures are provided for the safety and occupational health of the officers.
