Plant varieties journal / Issued by the Plant Breeders' Rights Office.A27-13

This is the quarterly journal of the Plant Breeder’s Rights Office, which grants plant breeders exclusive rights over the use of new plant varieties. The journal lists new varieties for which breeder’s rights have been granted; varieties for which applications for breeder’s rights have been accepted; and applications that are currently under examination. It also lists abandoned, withdrawn, and rejected applications; surrendered and revoked rights; changes to denomination and agent in Canada; and the cost of securing breeder’s rights.
