Agreement between the Treasury Board and the Association of Justice Counsel: BT42-23
The purpose of this Agreement is to maintain harmonious and mutually beneficial relationships between the Employer, the lawyers and the Association, to set forth certain terms and conditions of employment relating to remuneration, hours of work, lawyer benefits and general working conditions affecting lawyers covered by this Agreement.
