A report on the Authority’s activities during the calendar year. The Authority’s mandate is to operate, maintain, and administer an efficient marine pilotage service in Canadian waters in and around the Province of Quebec and north of the northern entrance to the St. Lambert Lock, with the exception of the waters of Chaleur Bay south of Cap d’Espoir. Includes financial statements.
