The language of remote sensing satellite technology draws on a number of well-known modern disciplines and techniques which have been substantially modified for application in outer space. Features 700 universal terms and 350 abbreviations for remote sensing that pertain to RADARSAT and other spacecrafts. This vocabulary was prepared with the expertise of the Canadian Space Agency and Spar Aerospace Limited.
