Co-operative and non-profit housing corporations need capital reserve funds to be ready to pay for major replacements and repairs as their buildings age. This manual provides housing providers the information that a Board needs to understand and oversee the process of planning capital replacements. It describes how to develop a Capital Replacement Plan and how to keep it up to date.
