The objectives of the recipient audit were to provide Canadian Heritage senior management with assurance that: The funds disbursed to VANOC under the terms of thee Capital Project Contribution Agreements have been used for the intended purpose; VANOC has complied with the reporting requirements and with other terms and conditions of the Contribution Agreements; and The recommendations from the previous audit of October 2007 have been implemented.
