Summative evaluation of the Exchanges Canada Program / [issued by] Office of the Audit and Evaluation Executive, Evaluation Services Directorate.: CH4-149/2010
The issues addressed in the evaluation include: relevance, design and delivery, performance measurement, success, and cost-effectiveness. A previous evaluation of the ECP was conducted in 2005. This current evaluation examines the recommendations stemming from the 2005 evaluation, and subsequent implementation of these recommendations.
