Section 1 provides background on the Agricultural Flexibility Fund and LATI; section 2 provides the instructions on how to apply to LATI; section 3 provides information on how to start a project and what happens after an application is submitted; and section 4 gives a listing of complementary provincial/territorial traceability programming, for which you may be eligible.
