The objectives of this audit were to provide Department of Canadian Heritage (PCH) Senior Management with assurance that the Department has; clearly defined and communicated that the Code and the related policies are to be adhered to by PCH employees; an established values and ethics governance structure and Management has implemented processes and procedures that exemplify and promote the Code, and ensures that these are effective; and, that the Departmental values and ethics processes and procedures are in compliance with the Code.
