Vérification horizontale du processus relatif aux cartes d'achat : rapport final: R62-432/2013
Dans le Plan pluriannuel de vérification interne 2011-2012 à 2013-2014 de l’Agence Parcs Canada, approuvé par le DGA en juillet 2011, les processus d’acquisition représentent une priorité de vérification moyenne pour l’Agence. Après une évaluation préliminaire, il a été convenu de procéder, à des fins d’efficience, à deux vérifications différentes (marchés et approvisionnement et cartes d’achat). Pour ce faire, le processus national de vérification des cartes d’achat, qui s’est déroulé entre décembre 2011 et août 2012, a porté sur l’utilisation et la gestion des cartes d’achat.
