New Explosives Regulations 2013 = Nouveau Règlement sur les explosifs 2013.: M39-129/2013

"The Explosives Safety and Security Branch (ESSB) of Natural Resources Canada modernized the Explosives Regulations (the Regulations) to reflect current industry conditions and to improve readability by using “plain language.” The previous version (circa 1920) was outdated – difficult to navigate and understand. The modernized regulations reflect current industry practices and standards and how regulators address industry issues. The new regulations clarify regulatory intent through better structure and clearer, simpler language; using modern regulatory concepts; and reflecting evolving technologies and business practices. Requirements that are addressed in other legislation have been omitted."--p. [1].
