Pollution prevention guidelines for the operation of cruise ships under Canadian jurisdiction: T29-71/2010E-PDF
Transport Canada developed these guidelines in consultation with the cruise ship industry, Fisheries and Oceans, Environment Canada and the Canadian Marine Advisory Council. These Guidelines apply to all Canadian registered cruise ships, and to all cruise ships registered in a country other than Canada when operating in waters under Canadian jurisdiction.
