Presents the results of the federal Review Panel’s (the Panel) examination of the potential environmental effects of the proposed Prosperity Gold-Copper Mine project (the Project) by Taseko Mines Ltd. (Taseko). In accordance with the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, an environmental assessment must be completed before federal departments are able to issue any permits, approvals or authorizations necessary to enable a project to proceed. Includes a summary of the comments received from the public and First Nations and the Panel’s conclusions and recommendations.
