The overarching objectives of the evaluation of ACDP were to: examine the Program’s efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and data-collection practices; assess the relevance of and continued need for the Program; and determine the extent to which ACDP has achieved its intermediate and final outcomes and made progress towards one PCH strategic outcome.
