"Following the evaluation of the Statements of Interest, selected applicants will be invited to submit a Project Proposal. The Project Proposal is the official document of the second phase of the Technology Demonstration Program (TDP) application process, in which applicants are to include a more comprehensive project proposal as detailed in this guide. The guide was developed to assist in the completion of a Project Proposal and provide guidance on the information required for a Project Proposal to be deemed complete. Applicants may supplement the information provided in the Statement ofInterest as required. Annex 1 provides information on the evaluation criteria, against which proposals will be assessed.
