The Labour Market Activity Survey (LMAS) was conducted by Statistics Canada with the cooperation and support of Employment and Immigration Canada. This manual has been produced to facilitate the manipulation of the microdata files from the 1986-1987 longitudinal survey panel. Similar documents are available for users of the 1986 and 1987 cross-sectional data files.
