“In order to streamline the process of location data acquisition, a workflow has been developed by the authors to extract information from data such as shapefiles or geodatabases, to build a kml file that displays photographs on the Google Earth platform, using an ArcGIS photo script tool. The photo tool can also facilitate the extraction or population of descriptive EXIF and XMP header information such as latitude, longitude, author, and description”--Provided by publisher.
