"Deltamethrin is a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide registered to control a broad range of arthropod pests on a wide variety of sites, including greenhouse ornamentals and tobacco, field food and feed crops, roadsides, shelterbelts and turf. Since the proposed re-evaluation decision for deltamethrin was published in December 2015, a major new use of deltamethrin for mosquito control was registered. This document presents the final regulatory decision for the re-evaluation of deltamethrin, including the required risk mitigation measures to protect human health and the environment. All products containing deltamethrin registered in Canada are subject to this re-evaluation decision"--Re-evaluation decision, p. 1.
