"CEPA has been in place for five years and we are now in a position to evaluate the effectiveness of its implementation in the Region. This review will attempt to do that and will focus on highlights, significant outputs and accomplishments, and linkages of our CEPA activities with other departmental programs and other agencies and their programs.
