"The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has specific responsibilities to administer and enforce the Cultural Property Export and Import Act in collaboration with the Department of Canadian Heritage. This memorandum explains the legislation, how exporters may obtain a cultural property export permit, and the permit issuance procedure.
