"Use of a Barringer Correlation Spectrometer (COSPEC) at the Atmospheric Environment Service research facilities in Toronto has led to the development of a data-processing methodology for the acquisition of plume dispersion data from remote-sensing instruments. The techniques described in this report are applicable to the use of COSPECs and other mobile sensing equipment. The computer codes, written in the BASIC language, are documented along with a user's guide for those interested in employing these techniques"--Abstract.
