"The analysis in this article is based on data collected from the Integrated Criminal Court Survey (ICSS) and the Youth Court Survey (YCS). Data on federal statute charges are collected by the Canadian Centre for Justice Statistics (CCJS) in collaboration with provincial and territorial government departments responsible for the administration of youth courts--Page 6.
