"An outline of experiments has been presented to implement a detailed study of the performance of the Price current meter. Through dimensional analysis together with examination of available literature, seven dimensionless independent variables have been identified for study, resulting in a total of seven experiments. It is recommended that the execution of this study be an ongoing process resulting in a series of short reports for distribution to meter users"--Summary, page i.
