"On November 30, 2024, the Office of the Procurement Ombud (OPO) received a written complaint from a Canadian supplier (the Complainant) regarding a call-up for workplace misconduct investigation services awarded by the Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC: the Department). The call-up, which was issued under an Investigative Services National Master Standing Offer (NMSO), was valued at $32,900.00 (taxes excluded)"--The Complaint, page 4.
