Physical water quality parameters in Misty Lake : habitat conditions for lentic and lotic Threespine stickleback (Gasterosteus aculeatus) / Daniella LoScerbo, Scott Gilmore, Maggie Boothroyd, Carrie Kwok,...Fs97-4/3317E-PDF

"From May 22 to September 17, 2025, we continuously monitored physical water quality parameters (water temperature, dissolved oxygen, and water level) at both the inlet and outlet streams of Misty Lake. We also collected discrete surface-water measurements of temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, and turbidity at eight locations throughout the lake. The results indicate generally favourable conditions in the inlet stream but reveal recurring periods of hypoxic stress in the outlet stream and in portions of the lake. Together, these data provide the first baseline characterization of physical water quality in Misty Lake and establish a critical reference point for detecting future anthropogenic or climate-driven changes"--Abstract, page vii.
