"The Canadian Police Arrangement (CPA) is a partnership between the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Global Affairs Canada (GAC) and Public Safety Canada (PS). CPA partner departments collaborate to deliver the International Police Peacekeeping and Peace Operations (IPP) Program which seeks to support the Government of Canada's commitment to building a more secure world through Canadian police participation in international peacekeeping and peace support operations... The objective of the evaluation was to examine the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of the CPA-IPP program in accordance with the Treasury Board Policy on Results. The evaluation included CPA-IPP program activities undertaken by CPA partners – RCMP, GAC, and PS – between April 1, 2020 and March 31, 2025 (five years)"--Executive Summary, page 3.
