Labour mobility and trade in services / by Ivan Bernier, André Binette, and Jean-Yves Grenon.C23-333/1988E-PDF

"The objective of this study is to examine the approaches, rules, principles, and procedures that could be developed for the movement of persons under a trade agreement on services. The study will examine the problems and issues for professionals and semi-professionals in both crossing borders on a temporary basis and undertaking work in the foreign country, including issues such as temporary visas and professional accreditation. The types of service professions to be examined include business services, financial services, legal services, computing services and technical services; but it is not the intention of this paper to consider each of them separately"--page 1.
