This Technical Bulletin describes the methodology for eelgrass seed-based restoration using burlapbags. The method was used in Burrard Inlet by DFO restoration staff and the Tsleil-Waututh Nationsəlilwətaɬ, and builds on earlier published work that describes methodology for eelgrass restoration using the Buoy-Deployed Seeding (BuDS) system"--page [1].
