"The main objective of this survey was to obtain baseline information regarding the presence and levels of undeclared allergens and gluten in non-grain based seasoned snack food products. Of the 299 samples tested, 9 samples were found to contain undeclared gluten and allergens such as almond, soy and milk proteins beta-lactoglobulin (BLG) and casein"--Page 3.
