Evaluating various components of EAS Client Services 2025/26 : methodological report / prepared by : Elemental Data Collection Inc.: H14-319/2026E-PDF

"The goal of this research is to collect detailed employee feedback about the quality of services received from EAS such as timeliness of service delivery, accessibility of service, effectiveness, level of well-being pre and post EAS, work productivity, etc. Because it is administered only twice per year, it evaluates a broader range of areas related to the services provided. Overall, it allows employees and/or their family members to voice their level of satisfaction with the help received from EAS. This information is also used to provide feedback to customer organizations in the annual statistical report. The contract for this project is for data collection only. No design or analysis is provided by the consultant"--Research Objectives, page 1.
