"This Agreement sets out the standards and procedures for the protection of classified information that is provided or disclosed, in a defence industrial security or defence context, by one Party to the other Party, or by one Party to a contractor located in the territory of the other Party, or by a contractor located in the territory of one Party to a contractor located in the territory of the other Party"--Article 2, Objective and Scope, page 3.
