"This study examines disparities between immigrant and Canadian-born families across their wealth distributions, accounting for recency of immigration and life cycle in patterns of wealth accumulation. Recent immigrant families had less wealth than Canadian-born families at a comparable stage in the life cycle, although the disparity narrowed from the bottom to the top of their wealth distributions"--Abstract, page 1.
